Terms of Service

Plain-language terms.

These terms govern your use of fivemcdn.com. By creating an account or pointing a server at the service, you agree to them. Last updated: 11 July 2026.

FiveMCDN is a trading name of Wasabi Hosting (KvK 92968376, btw-id NL004989313B78, the Netherlands). Contact: [email protected] · billing: [email protected].

1. The service

fivemcdn.com is a managed pull-through CDN for FiveM assets. You point your server's resource downloads at an endpoint we give you; we fetch each file from your origin, cache it on a global edge network, and serve it to your players. We cache and deliver your content. We do not host your game server, and the content you serve remains yours and your responsibility.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address to use the service. Keep your credentials and your CDN key confidential, because anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be authorised to serve the content you route through us, and the origin you register must be a server you control.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to distribute illegal content, malware, or content you have no right to distribute. Don't attack, probe, or overload the service, and don't resell or pool free-tier accounts to dodge plan limits. The free tier is for a single community, not for redistribution. We may suspend or throttle service for accounts that exceed their plan's quotas, violate these rules, or otherwise abuse the platform. Where practical we'll contact you before acting.

4. Plans & payment

The free tier is permanent and requires no payment details. Paid plans are currently provisioned manually: contact [email protected] to upgrade, and we'll activate your plan once payment is arranged. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT. Bandwidth on all plans is subject to fair use. We don't meter per GB, but sustained usage far beyond what's normal for your plan may lead us to reach out about an upgrade before anything is throttled.

5. Service availability

We run the service with reasonable skill and care and aim for it to be available continuously, but we do not currently offer an uptime SLA or service credits. Cached files continue to serve from the edge even if your origin is temporarily offline. Maintenance and factors outside our control (including our upstream providers) may occasionally affect availability.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, remain unpaid, or create risk for the service or other customers. On termination we stop serving your content and delete your cached files and account data in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost players, lost revenue, or data loss) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €0 on the free tier). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
