We collect very little.
fivemcdn.com is a CDN for game assets, not a data business. This page lists everything we store, why, and for how long. Last updated: 11 July 2026.
The data controller is Wasabi Hosting (KvK 92968376, btw-id NL004989313B78, the Netherlands), trading as FiveMCDN. General contact: [email protected] · data protection: [email protected]. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Dutch privacy law.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a salted password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
- Server configuration: the origin host and port of each FiveM server you add, its name, and its cache settings.
- Aggregate request analytics: request counts, cache hit/miss counts, and bytes served per server. These are totals; we do not store which player downloaded what.
We do not store personal data about your players. Player IP addresses transit our CDN provider's infrastructure as part of standard content delivery, the same way they would for any website behind a CDN, but we do not log or retain them ourselves.
Why we collect it
Your email identifies your account and is how we reach you about your service. The origin host and port are what we fetch your files from; the service cannot work without them. Aggregate analytics power your dashboard (cache-hit rate, bandwidth saved) and let us enforce fair-use limits. We collect nothing for advertising.
Where your data lives
Account and server data are stored on our EU-based server. Cached game assets and edge delivery run on the global network of our CDN provider, Cloudflare, which serves files from the location nearest to each player.
Retention
Account and server data are kept until you delete them or your account. Aggregate analytics are kept for roughly 90 days and then discarded. Cached files expire from the edge automatically and are removed when you delete a server.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] with proof of identity, or use account deletion in your settings. Deleting your account removes your servers, your configuration, and your analytics.
If you believe we've mishandled your data, contact us first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
