Plain-language affiliate terms.

These terms govern the FiveMCDN affiliate program and apply on top of our Terms of Service. By enabling your referral link you agree to them. Last updated: 6 August 2026.

Commission

You earn 10% of every payment a referred customer makes to FiveMCDN, calculated on the amount excluding VAT, for as long as that customer keeps paying. When a customer stops subscribing, commissions for them stop too. We may agree a different percentage with individual partners in writing; the percentage shown in your dashboard is the one that applies.

Attribution

A signup belongs to you when it arrives through your referral link (60-day cookie) or redeems a discount code issued to you. Attribution is written once at signup and does not move afterwards. Referring yourself, including through additional accounts you control, is not allowed and voids the commissions involved.

Maturation, payouts and clawbacks

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the underlying payment (the refund window). We pay out monthly, by PayPal to your payout email, once your payable balance reaches €25. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is deducted again. If it was already paid out, your balance goes negative and future commissions fill the gap first. Commission amounts are inclusive of any VAT you may owe on them; if you are a business, tell us and we will arrange proper self-billing invoices.

Promotion rules

Promote FiveMCDN honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on our brand name in ads, no implying you are FiveMCDN itself. The partner kit tells you how to use our name and logo. We can suspend affiliate accounts that break these rules; suspension freezes new commissions but existing obligations (including clawbacks) remain.

Changes

We can change these terms with 30 days notice by email. Commissions already earned are never reduced retroactively. Questions: [email protected].
